Travelled to Little Compton RI last weekend, and the light on the field and barn behind my sister-in-law's house caught my eye.

I'm hoping to return in the Spring to do a bit more plein air painting.

Hello Margaret, having listened to your voice and words of wisdom many times via AHA podcasts ,it's so lovely to see your artwork, style and use colour here on your blog and I've also had a quick peek on your website. I love the sharp shadow behind the hut.....and the pop of pink ..a stroke of genius.
I too am doing the 30 in 30....I'm excited about it especially as I've only been painting for two years....definitely a challenge! Looking forward to following you through the month.
