Commitments should be honored, right?
So when you say you're going to paint each and every day, you ought to do it. Besides, I had that whole eye thing going on, so I stayed home and watched (while I painted) the Sox on TV as my dear husband and our generous season-ticket-holding friends enjoyed the beautiful night at Fenway. Which, if you've never been, is really something special. One of the most beautiful sights in the world is emerging from the darkness of the tunnels to see the light and color of Fenway Park. It's spiritual, I tell you.
Along about the 4th inning, I texted John, and asked him to send back some Fenway shots. I assumed he'd read my mind and send me the Green Monster, or the Citgo sign, or perhaps the hand operated scoreboard. Here's what I got, and here's what I painted. Not quite done, but I have a commitment to honor, so here it is!
